This is Lil Bub, a cat who was born (not bred) a “perma-kitten” and a dwarf. She has extra toes on each foot, no teeth and doesn’t meow. According to her Facebookpage Lil Bub is a healthy and happy cat despite her weird looks and numerous “deformities”.
